Manager
The interview process was great. From the moment I arrived at the office, I felt welcomed. The interviewers were lovely, and the communication throughout the process was clear, which gave continuity to the whole experience.
- What makes you a better fit for this job compared to the person applying after you?
Working Student
So the interview process usually goes like this: first, they screen your application, then there's an initial phone or video call. After that, you might have in-person or virtual interviews with the hiring manager and some team members. They might also give you some skills assessments, and they'll do reference checks. Some folks might also have background checks and personality tests to see if you're a good fit for the role and the company culture.
- Could you describe the interprocess communication (IPC) methods your application uses and explain their role in its operation?
- How does your system guarantee data integrity and synchronization when multiple processes concurrently access shared resources?
- What difficulties did you face in implementing interprocess communication, and what steps did you take to resolve them, ensuring system stability and performance?
QC Specialist
The interviewer talked about the job, and I said I understood quality control. She seemed surprised I knew what it was. I was never asked about my experience because she said I didn't have the right home office setup: two computer screens, a desktop computer, and an extra keyboard. The job post didn't mention this requirement. It's weird how distant people have become lately, this is the second time I've had a cold interaction during an interview.
- I wasn't asked any questions about my background since I didn't have the required equipment: two screens, a Windows desktop, and an extra keyboard.
