Pretty simple and straight forward process. Standard phone interview to start, then manager call and then panel interview. Have had some where they have had to complete some of those cognitive assessments. Some folks have stated that they have and some has said they did not.

I had a call with the recruiter, and then I spoke with 3 managers. It wasn't a great experience because one manager, who was British, seemed bothered by how I gestured when I spoke.

I went through a couple of interview rounds. They ended up referring me to a different position than the one I initially applied for, which was fair because they realized the role I applied to was more sales-based, and that's not really my background. I decided not to proceed forward because I got scared about leaving my current employer, as I've never changed companies before and have been at my current job for a long time. I did get a tour of the location and the building was really cool. The people there were very friendly, and the atmosphere felt like a great place to work, almost like there was a real community among the employees. It wasn't a dull office space at all. I've only heard good things from people who work there. Maybe I'll reapply someday for a position that's a better fit for my background. Anyway, if you're thinking about interviewing here, you should definitely go for it. I think this company lives up to its reputation. I know a few people who work there, and they genuinely love it.
