The hiring journey kicked off with a quick chat, then an aptitude test to see how sharp your logic and math skills were. Next up was a technical MCQ round checking out programming know-how and basic CS stuff. After that, they hit me with two technical rounds diving deep into problem-solving, coding, and my past projects. The final step before the offer was a Managerial and HR chat about how I handle things, work with others, and deal with different situations. It was a pretty thorough process from start to finish.
