It was a fun and engaging experience overall. The questions were detailed, thoughtful, and well-structured. I appreciated the effort put into making the process smooth and organized from start to finish. It really encouraged me to reflect more deeply on my experiences and skillset. That said, I do wish the questions were more in line with real-world industry scenarios. Some of them felt a bit disconnected from the day-to-day knowledge or challenges professionals typically face, which made it a bit tricky to relate at times. Still, I found the entire experience insightful and worth the time. It gave me a clearer sense of how to articulate my value and approach different professional situations. I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a thoughtful evaluation process.

the interview management was great, really transparent and straight forward, which is rare in sales these days. they also did a really good job of communicating the overall job position and setting clear expectations. I can't wait to get started.

The interviewer asked me a lot of questions, mostly scenario-based. There were two people interviewing me, and the manager was nice. They talked about the work environment and benefits, and then they offered me the job on the spot.
