So I had 3 interviews and 2 feedback sections. A lot of what they asked wasn't ethical or professional. They really dug into my personal life trying to see if I fit. The issue is they're totally biased, and if you're a woman with a kid, that's all they talk about. They do all the interviews over the phone because they know the questions aren't legal, and if you get the job, you'll have to ask the same things. Watch out if you want this company on your resume, it could hurt your image. Super toxic way of doing things. Old-school thinking. Awful experience.

The interview was conducted by the National Association of Manufacturers and Exporters. It was amazing experience for sure. I am glad to see that i was appointed in the first place because of my ability to manage different situations with sense of time management.

The interview process was quite lengthy and involved numerous questions about my past internships and experiences. Although I didn't perform as well as I'd hoped due to nervousness, it was a valuable experience for identifying areas where I made mistakes.

I had 4 interviews. The first two were in Dutch. I had to introduce myself and talk about my motivation. The last two interviews were in English. Here too, I had to emphasize my motivation. I never had to do an exercise.
