First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jamco America.
Administrative Assistant
Really straightforward interview process. If you apply anywhere, make sure you apply on their website too, so you are in their system. A great HR person reached out to me via Indeed.com and then we had a quick chat on the phone for an overview/vetting, and then set up an interview after that. Easy and quick process!
- What makes you stay at a company?
- What are your top 3 job priorities, excluding pay and benefits?
Mechanical Designer
It was a pretty laid-back interview process, just a one-on-one chat in a private room. Didn't take too long and was actually quite interesting. It went well because I got the job!
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- Are you able to travel to Japan?
- Can you operate a tool?
Accountant
The people were really nice and asked good questions. The interviewer made the process feel relaxed and open. I could ask about the company and how things work. The manufacturing facility was average and clean. The employee break and kitchen areas were nice.
- Tell me about your work motivations.
Engineer
I was in a conference room, it was very informal. I sat across from the interviewers for about 45 minutes. They didn't go into much depth about what they were looking for. I think they were just looking for candidates who are ready to lead.
- Can you introduce yourself?
