The managers were nice and asked me about my experience with customer service and working the cash register. I then met with the general manager and a shift lead where we discussed my availability and why I was interested in the position. They also asked about my experience with handling money, keeping things sanitary, and my scheduling.

I applied in March and didn't hear back until April. I actually had to reschedule twice because I was trying to fit it in, but they were super understanding and it didn't hurt my chances. I met with the manager the next week. It was a good meeting, I made sure to offer a friendly greeting and a firm handshake to show confidence. We chatted about typical interview stuff, what the job entails, and what they're looking for. She said she'd let me know the next day if she was interested. I got a call back, and it was with another manager. I thought it would just be one more manager, but it was both of them! I figured it would be a lot of questions, but it was actually a really nice, friendly conversation. They asked me a little about myself and it really felt like they were checking if I'd be a good fit for the team. I think I did well. They called back Monday evening. Super excited to work somewhere I love!

I filled out an application at the store, and the manager called me the next day to come in for an interview that same day. I couldn't make it because of school, so we rescheduled for the next day. The manager was really nice and made me feel comfortable during the interview, which was about 10-15 minutes long.
