They usually interview like 5-10 people for each job. Make sure to make eye contact and smile - it's important. This isn't an office job, it's pretty casual, but we still expect managers to act professionally.

I was first contacted by the Regional recruiter over the phone and they asked me some standard questions. Then, the District Manager set up a 1 on 1 interview for me at a store location. This interview lasted about 2 hours and covered my personal and management experience, among other things. It was a very professional meeting and the DM seemed genuinely knowledgeable. After that, I received a second call from the recruiter with a few follow-up questions, and then I was offered the job with all my requested terms. It's a great company to work for!
