Purchasing Analyst
The interview process is very simple and direct. Always courteous and respectful, a very relaxed chat. I didn't see any negatives. Actually, I was surprised given the company's size. It's a wonderful company to work for.

Técnico De Segurança Do Trabalho
The process was chill and friendly, the people who interviewed me were great. They just take the CV from the website. The process had 2 phases: the first was a chat about my career, and the second involved some practical tests.

I was first contacted by an HR consultancy, then I had an online interview that lasted an hour. After that, I had an in-person interview with the sector manager.

- In what situations did I stand out in my last role?
Analista de Comércio Exterior
The interview process had two rounds with HR, asking general questions about my professional background. Then, a third interview with the Foreign Trade Manager, which included more technical questions like Incoterms. It wasn't too difficult for someone with experience in the field.
