I went through two rounds of interviews, each about two hours long with several interviewers. I was initially really excited about it, but the lack of communication after the interviews has made me super disappointed and frustrated. The interviews themselves were long and took a lot of time, but I was willing to do it if it meant a chance at the job. What's really tough is that after all that time and effort, I never heard back. I reached out after a while to ask for feedback, but my attempts to find out what's going on were met with silence. It's so discouraging to put so much into interviews and then be left in the dark. No communication and no feedback is unprofessional and makes Jaks Pacific look bad as an employer. In today's job market, people want transparency, and this experience was not that. I know not everyone is a fit, but a simple 'thanks' or some feedback would have been nice. Not hearing anything reflects poorly on their professionalism and courtesy. I'd tell future candidates to be aware of this and suggest Jaks Pacific improve their communication to be more respectful and transparent.

A friend/former coworker recommended me. I got a call for an interview. Parking was difficult, I couldn't use guest parking and had to park on the street. We eventually found a room. The interview itself was pretty standard and not too long. They made the company sound fun and innovative, but that's not really how it is. I got an offer 2-3 weeks later, but it was less than I asked for and the title was lower than my previous role. It took HR over a month to contact me formally; apparently, my paperwork got lost and someone was on vacation. Definitely some red flags I should have noticed.

The first interview was a one-on-one with the hiring manager off-site, and they had completely forgotten about it, so the meeting got delayed by at least 30 minutes. The second round was an all-day on-site interview session. I was told I'd only meet one person, but upon arrival, it changed to three interviews with three different people (two C-suite and one VP), followed by a committee interview with those three plus the hiring manager. A few hours later, I got a call with the offer and had to decide within 4 hours.

The interview process over all consists of basic questions that will help management get to know you and your experience. It is then followed with questions of excel and how proficient you are with pivot table, v-function, etc. since they will be very helpful for the job.
