Hardware Design Engineer Intern
The interview was fine. They covered basics of Electrical and Circuit analysis like Thevenin-Norton. Make sure you are thorough with your resume, as they asked questions from the resume too. They drew a circuit and asked to find Thevenin equivalent and Norton equivalent.
- Given a circuit diagram, find the Thevenin equivalent and Norton equivalent.
- Can you explain concepts from your resume?

Data Analyst
I went through a 2-stage interview process which was pretty bad. First, there was an online quiz about work culture, didn't test any job skills. Then, a video call on Teams with two people who don't actually work there. They asked the same questions again. No one asked about my technical skills or the actual job. I never spoke to anyone on the team I applied for. It felt like they didn't care about my abilities or if I fit the technical requirements. It was all super general and not useful. On top of that, the feedback was really generic, giving me no real insight into my performance or how to get better. The lack of specific feedback and not assessing my technical skills or letting me talk to the team made me feel undervalued.
- Asked generic questions about customers, even though the team doesn't directly interact with them.
- Asked about managing projects in relation to the work environment.
Purchasing Manager
The interview process included a presentation, technical questions, and behavioral questions. The presentation details were provided about a week in advance. I interviewed with two Senior Managers. The presentation came first, followed by technical questions, and then behavioral questions. They were looking for a range of answers and examples to show my knowledge and how I handle different situations.
- How would you set clear direction for your team?
Software Engineer
So, they looked at my CV first and then asked me to talk about myself and my past experiences and projects. Then we moved on to some coding questions, which were pretty standard, ranging from easy to medium difficulty. Lastly, they threw in some general electrical questions about their company to see if I'd done my homework.
- Tell me about yourself and your projects/experience.
- Some programming questions.
- Some general electrical questions about the company.
