The recruiter was able to have a smooth and almost friendly conversation, and I did very well with them. The problem arose with the logical and psychometric tests which have a very limited time to complete and don't measure a candidate's quality.
- Tell me about a strength and a weakness.
- Discuss your background.
- Compose an email to a client responding to their needs.

The process I had was separated in 3 steps: first one was with the human resource, the second one with the manager / senior consultant and last one a use case with director / manager. 1. with HR: background, university, skills 2. with manager: previous experience, tech skills, code, SQL,... 3. use case with director / manager
- Can you give a presentation on your career background, your projection within the firm, and your career aspiration?
Solution Consultant
The interview process had 2 main stages. The first stage was a standard interview that included many competency-based questions along with general questions. The second stage involved a presentation, followed by more competency-based questions, and a mix of general and role-specific questions related to the presentation. Despite a lot of questions, it wasn't overly difficult. Some unexpected questions were asked, such as what you enjoy least about the role. The HR team was slow in advertising and providing updates. They also shared process and candidate information with others who shouldn't have been informed first, which was a breach of confidentiality. HR was vague when answering questions and unclear with feedback. No feedback was given by the PS team until it was requested. The PS team also took a long time to respond after the interview, suggesting they might be overwhelmed. There's a high staff turnover with people leaving regularly. There's also a lot of uncertainty about the role itself and its specific duties, even with the job description already posted.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What aspects of your current job do you like the least?
- What do you find most enjoyable about customer service?
