It was a two part interview. First you meet with the store plus DM, then you get a walk-thru. You see the product you will be selling. Then you are put into a store without proper knowledge to work.

Talked to the general manager, then the store manager, and then the general manager called me back and I got the job. Just be yourself, and if you're not open to being flexible, this job isn't for you. They also have people who float around to help other stores get hours during slower times.

So I had 2 interviews, the first was with HR and it went pretty well. Then I got called in for a second interview by the GM, and that one also went well. For the first interview, I had to take a math test, which I passed, and then answer some questions about customer service and work scenarios. In my second interview, I just learned a bit more about the company and what they expected from me.

Had one interview with the owner, during which I had to talk about my past experience. We also talked about how I handle flexibility. After that, I was given a tour of the factory, and they explained each chocolate machine. We discussed the financial side of the business and some future plans, like opening a new store and a big new production space.
