The interview process was quite uncomfortable. No feedback was provided after the interview, even though I spent a lot of time preparing for it. I felt like I was a great match for the job, so I was quite let down.

I submitted my resume and cover letter online. Then, I had to get a reference from a professor, who emailed the employer after I got an acknowledgement. About two weeks later, I got a call for a 20-30 minute 1-on-1 interview. The interview included basic questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted the job. There were also two questions about how I would handle specific scenarios.
