The interview process is pretty standard. It starts with a phone interview with some basic questions about your background and fit. After that, you'll have an in-person interview where you'll meet with four different managers, in pairs of two. The final stage is an interview with HR that lasts about an hour and a half. Make sure you're prepared and have a good grasp of what the job entails, and you should be fine.

The interview process involved over 3 hours of interviews with supervisors and the department director. They asked a series of typical interview questions, none of which were particularly difficult. By the end of the process, I was exhausted from repeating the same information for over 3 hours. Personally, I feel the interview process is too long for the type of position offered.
