I was really disappointed to be ghosted after the interview process. I had an initial recruiter call, then a video call with another hiring recruiter. She said I was moving forward and would be in touch to schedule the next interview. But after I followed up, my emails were ignored, and I didn't even get an automated message.

Long interview process with 4 rounds plus assessments. The first round was with a recruiter. The second was with HR, followed by assessments: DISC, Predictive Index, and Wonderlic. Then there was a nearly 2-hour onsite interview with upper management and two job shadows. The final round was with the most senior leader of the team. It was pretty disappointing and defeating to be dragged through multiple rounds and several hours of assessments, driving, and preparing to not get the position. Everyone was nice and helpful until the final interview, where it felt like she didn't like me from the start. Recruiters were great with feedback.

Spoke with the internal recruiter on the phone first. Then, I interviewed in person with a few future teammates. After that, I shadowed one of the teammates for a couple of hours. I reached out after the interview when I didn't hear anything for a while. I eventually got a vague email saying I didn't get the job. Even though I didn't get an offer, I still think JC is a great company!

The interview process started with an initial HR phone interview, followed by a virtual round with the Hiring Manager and a Senior Product Owner. Then, there were online assessments: DISC, Won score, and Predictive Index. The next stage was a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager (30 mins) and then with a large group of potential teammates (9 people including UX, Dev, QA, and the product team). This group interview involved a sample scenario where I had to create a flow chart and walk through it, lasting about 1.5 hours. Even though I was told the face-to-face was the last interview, there was another 45-minute round scheduled with the Hiring Manager and Sr PO. In this final round, I was asked ad hoc to write User Stories based on a sample scenario. Ultimately, I was rejected.
