& Process

First, a preliminary chat with the recruiter. Then, an online meeting with the hiring manager and a colleague from another team (a really nice, relaxed chat). Finally, an in-person meeting with the Marketing Director and a technical colleague (also a pleasant conversation, more focused on company culture).

The interview process was simple and not stressful at all. First, there was a quick phone screening. Then, I had a brief in-person interview. They mainly asked about my availability, how I communicate, and any experience I have working with customers. It felt pretty chill, more like talking than a real interview. It all wrapped up in about a week.

I applied for the job and it took them about a month to get back to me. The whole process took about two months. First, I had a phone interview. Then, two weeks later, I had an in-person interview with three people: someone from HR, a manager, and an Executive Assistant. After that, I had another interview with an HR manager in a different office. A month after that, I got the offer. The phone interview was pretty chill and friendly. The first three people I met were nice and easy to talk to. But the HR manager I met later was really harsh and unfriendly. They made some rude and unprofessional comments about my education.

I had a phone interview that ended with the recruiter asking for a second interview and my availability for the next 2 days. I didn’t hear back that day so I followed up the next day and they asked for my availability for that day and the next again, which I gave. I still did not hear back and sent 3 more follow up emails over the next week and a half before finally receiving an email that they were no longer moving forward with me. Extremely uncommunicative and unprofessional in my opinion.
