Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a recruiter call where we chatted about my past experiences and projects and they gave me some basic company info. Then there was an interview with the manager and some other team members. I had a simple take-home assignment to do before the interview. During the interview, I walked them through my implementation and had to solve 3 easy debugging questions. They also asked me some technical and behavioral questions about my past experiences. Got a rejection email the next day. The communication was clear and the experience was good overall.

Behavioral Technical

Applied late September, recruiter reached out and scheduled a behavioral interview with the hiring manager in early October. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were easy to talk to and the interview went well. After about a month (and after the hiring manager mentioned that next steps might take longer, and after I followed up with the recruiter when the hiring manager missed their deadline to update me), I received the instructions for the technical assessment in early November. This was a take-home assessment, which was to be followed by an interview with some engineers to discuss my submission. I finished the assessment shortly after and then heard nothing. I followed up twice, with two weeks in between each follow-up, contacting both the hiring manager and recruiter, but got no reply. A month after submitting the take-home assessment, I got a generic rejection email from the recruiter, with no reason given for why the interview process ended.
