This was a three-round interview process. The first round was with a recruiter to discuss the role and what they expect. Then, I met with the team lead to go over the day-to-day tasks. The final round was a 'vibe' check with someone. For an entry-level role, it felt like too many rounds. The manager even mentioned there might be another interview, which I found to be a waste of time.

It's a pretty simple interview process. First, you have a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, there's an interview-by-committee as your second interview. If you get through that, you'll do some aptitude tests that take about two hours. After that stage, they'll either give you an offer or reject you. I didn't see any mentions of a drug screen in reviews, but it's weird that the offer is contingent on passing one, especially for a software company. They test for all sorts of drugs, even recreational ones, but this isn't brought up at all during the interview until an offer is extended.

The interview lasted up to an hour and a half with five members of the upper senior management team. Two of them asked technical questions, while the other three focused on personal and situational questions. It was quite an intense interview with all five people in the same room, but they aimed to make me comfortable and took their time asking questions.
