Behavioral Presentation

It was an individual interview, no forced training like some reviews suggested. There were 3 interviews with corporate and then the store manager, all within a couple hours. It seems like administration might have changed since the most recent reviews in 2015/2016. The compensation offered was in line with industry standards, maybe even a bit generous. The company seems to know what it's doing, though the corporate structure might not be for everyone. They're heading in the direction of all new car sales. Positive outlook for the future with this company.

Behavioral Technical

It was an easy and very simple interview process. I got typical interview questions from the hiring manager and HR. The first interview was over the phone and the second was in person. It was a pretty common interview style.

It was tough very stressful but very worth it. You need to be prepared top to bottom. You better know your field and be ready for some heavy ethical questions.

Group Behavioral Presentation

First there was a group interview with about 5 other people. Then I got a call back for an individual interview with more personal questions. After that, I went to a 3-day job training on site with a contractor, which was pretty useless and cost $400, but you can make that money back fast so don't worry about paying. Finally, there were interviews with the different dealership managers.
