I was told to arrive at 9:00 am and the manager was super nice. You'll have to talk to two managers before they hire you. Each chat was less than an hour long.
- Do you have reliable transportation and how do you plan to get to work?

I had an interview with the bar and hostess managers and got hired right then. The training takes about a week and involves a lot of memorizing. The menu isn't huge, but each item has a ton of different ingredients.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What are you hoping to achieve in the near future?
Hostess
It was a pretty easy interview process. They had me come in to talk to different managers three times. First, I came in and filled out an application, and then they asked me to come back. All the managers were nice and pretty prompt about starting the interview at the scheduled times.
- What do you enjoy about working in the restaurant industry?
