It was a long drawn out interview process. The recruiter seemed uninterested and gave one-word responses. It felt like she had just googled questions right before our call. The whole phone interview only lasted 10 minutes. She then told me there would be 4 interviews in total, with interviews going up the chain of command, ending with the boss Toni. I made it to the third interview before getting a generic rejection email. I'd rethink applying here and applying your energy to this role/company, as there are many other remote DOS or Hospitality positions available elsewhere.

Behavioral Technical

After applying for the Regional Director of Sales role, I initially checked Glassdoor reviews and was skeptical. Despite my doubts, I decided to proceed. The interview invitation was a generic email. It felt impersonal, especially for the hospitality industry. Scheduling the interview was difficult as only one time slot was available. The interviewer was late for our call, which was concerning. The interview itself felt robotic, with generic questions, and lacked enthusiasm. Although I was qualified, I did not get the job. However, I wasn't upset, as the negative vibes throughout the process confirmed my initial skepticism.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I submitted my application online in January and scheduled a phone interview for about a week later. That was the first of five interviews in total. They all went pretty well because everyone I spoke with was really nice. I was nervous initially due to reviews I'd seen on Glassdoor, but I told myself to just be myself and see what happens. After each call, I was able to schedule the next one with the subsequent person in the hiring process. Just when I thought I was done, there was another interview. Initially, I didn't understand why so many people were involved in interviewing one candidate, but after being hired, I completely understand and fully support the process.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quite extensive and involved multiple steps, making it feel quite long. The team members were pleasant to interact with. The onboarding procedure does take some time due to the significant number of metrics involved.
