The first interview was short and sweet, followed by a second interview where you sit with one of the higher-ups, and they observe you. Right after that, a third interview took place where they reviewed the second interview and asked a question. You also had to complete a questionnaire. So, it's like a 4-part process to get an offer for selling cable packages.

The first interview is about 10 minutes with one of the hiring managers where they talk about who you are and your past experiences and then describe the different positions available. The second interview lasts about an hour where you are paired up with one of their analysts where that person will go over the culture and growth potential and the different compensation packages. They do have both salary and commission which is rare for companies like this. I was also surprised how high the commissions were.

I came in and completed some initial paperwork. Then, Julian, the CEO, took me to his office for the interview. It was a short 10-15 minute chat where he gave a quick overview of the job and asked about me and what I'm seeking in a company. He mentioned that if I'm selected, I'd be called back for a second round. It was a pretty enjoyable and relaxed interview, not stressful like others I've experienced.
