I applied for an intern position in account management via email and was quickly invited for an interview. I had to fly to Dubai for it! The Account Director on the Brand team interviewed me, and it went well with a positive outcome. A few weeks later, I hadn't heard back, so I reached out again. Turns out the HR Manager and Account Director who interviewed me had left the agency, which was worrying. Thankfully, the new MD took over my case and made sure I was assigned to a team and understood the next steps.
