The interview process had three stages: first, an HR screening with the Manager, then a meeting with the Relevant Team Manager, and finally, a meeting with the Relevant Group Manager. All interviews took place at the company's office in Gurgaon. The Team Manager focused on theoretical knowledge, while the Group Manager asked behavioral and situational questions, and also inquired about my preferences and dislikes.

I was contacted by email first. Then had a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with two different people, one after the other, for about an hour each, so 2 hours total. They were really nice. They asked a lot about my resume and all my past experiences. They also asked how I would handle certain situations. The interview overall was great. The only bad part was it was hard to get in touch with them to find out about their decision. I eventually got an email saying they decided to go in a different direction and wanted to talk more about it. We scheduled a call, but I never received it.

It was a 2 round 1 on 1 interview and the questions asked were really relevant to figure out the candidates experience and skills. The first interviewer was great but the second interviewer had her ego with her during the interview which is very not professional in my opinion, she also turned out to be my leader.
