So there were like two parts to the interview. The first part was, you know, getting to know me and like some behavioral stuff, plus a couple of technical questions. Then I heard back after like 2-3 weeks about the second interview where they introduced me to the team and went over the onboarding and company culture and stuff.

They called me personally to let me know I wasn't selected, which I thought was a really good thing. The questions were clear and tough, and I think they wanted clear-cut answers, which I don't think I gave them.

They told me clock punchers don't work out very well here. They expect a lot of unpaid overtime. Just don't work for them. Your better off somewhere else. Also they will not get back to you if you didn't get the job.
