First I talked to HR. They asked about my motivation for the role and standard questions about my past professional experience. At the end, the recruiter asked for my current salary, which I wasn't comfortable sharing, and she said my behavior was weird. Then she asked about my salary expectations, which I shared. I asked what the company thought about my expectations, and she said she had no info because it was her supervisor's info. She talked about how the company values transparency, but it was clear that wasn't true. I was rejected the next day by email with no explanation.

So for the Content Reviewer job, it was a pretty involved process. I started with the online application, then there were some psychometric and English tests – they checked my logic and language skills. After that, we had a group challenge where we had to analyze a case study about content strategy and then present our findings as a team. That was followed by a quick 10-minute individual speed interview. The last step was a one-on-one with the manager to talk about my experience and if I'd be a good fit. They gave feedback pretty fast after each part, and the recruiters were really nice, so it felt pretty smooth even though it took a while.
