The interview process had a technical round and then another interview round. It was generally easy, but for internships, they seem to expect a lot, like almost knowing everything. This isn't just this company, it's like every company these days.

I applied online and it took a while for them to get back to me. About two months after applying, I had a phone interview. Then, two weeks later, I had a second interview, also by phone. Two more weeks passed before the final phone interview. They asked about RCTs, surveying, and similar topics. The interviewers were really nice and helpful, guiding me to the right answers, almost like a chat. They mentioned the role requires working 6 days a week, 9+ hours a day, which is funny considering they study poverty and behavioural economics and should know how that impacts performance.
