First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at J.P. McHale Pest Management.
Customer Service Representative
Applied online through Indeed, then had a 10-minute phone screen. After that, there was a 30-minute in-person interview with the hiring manager and another team member. I got the offer the next day.
- In your own words, what is customer service?
Management Trainee
The interview was brief and to the point. It leaned more towards HR topics than technical ones. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and was on the easier side. I was seeking managerial positions where I could cooperate with others.
- Tell me about your current achievements.
- What are your biggest regrets in life?
Tax Associate
I had an on-campus interview that was held online. It was a concept-based interview focusing on accounting and finance. They also asked about my summer internship project and my previous work.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your accounting concepts?
- Tell me about your summer internship project.
Intern
The office wasn't particularly inspiring. The interviewer seemed a bit checked out, often looking at their phone. When I asked about the company culture, the answers were pretty vague and standard. It all felt a bit cold and unexciting. I left feeling kind of undecided about the job and the company.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
