Customer Service Representative

- What makes you a good fit for this position?
- What attracts you to our company?
Scooper
You'll meet with the GM at the store for coffee. They'll ask you some questions from a list to see how you work with others. They'll also ask about your availability to make sure you can close the store at least three nights a week, including one weekend night. Since shifts often have just one scooper and one supervisor, your evening availability is most important.
- If a coworker isn't pulling their weight, how would you talk to them about it?
Scooper
Had a casual chat with the store manager, and it went pretty smoothly. They'll chat about your previous jobs and why you want to work there. It's a super chill place, so the interview is meant to be low-stress. Make sure you know your favorite ice cream flavor!
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- What makes you want to work here?
- What's your go-to ice cream flavor?
Ice Cream Scooper
I put in my application through the company's website. They contacted me the next day to come in for an in-person interview. It was a really straightforward conversation, mostly about when I'm available to work. They extended an offer right then and there, which I accepted.
