Cleaner
I applied for this janitor job about a month back and it was a pretty good interview. The manager was super helpful and explained everything about the work, which is really simple and straightforward. It was an easy and fun process.
- How do you envision your contribution to our team?
Payroll Assistant
There was a panel of 3 interviewers and the interview took about an hour. They mentioned I would hear back but I never did, which was disappointing as I took the day off for a 2 hour round trip. For such a big company, I'd expect them to update candidates on their status.
- What does the number 9 signify to you?
Merchandiser
The interview was very short. They asked brief common sense questions. They are desperate for new employees because it's a high turnover job. The process was rushed and I didn't get enough training time based on my past experience. I was the first choice for their new positions and the first to sign on.
- Do you work well in a team?
Sales Representative
The interview process was quick and involved some silly behavior and talent questions. I don't think those questions actually measure anything. This company will probably let you go pretty quickly.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to put in a lot of effort?
