Behavioral

I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then another interview, and finally a behavioral interview with my potential manager where I was asked some situational questions. The whole process took a bit over a month, which felt like a while.

Behavioral Other

The interview process had 3 rounds: a phone call, a zoom meeting, and a panel interview. Everyone was really nice, and the conversations were casual. They were very willing to answer any questions I had and stay in touch. Overall, I'd recommend interviewing here because they handled the switch to virtual recruitment really well.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved submitting an online application, followed by a 30-minute phone interview. After the interview, I didn't hear back, even though they mentioned I would be updated either way. The interviewer was nice, but the questions were tough and more focused on fashion rather than behavioral or business topics. It's important to know the brands (J.Crew and Madewell) and their products.
