It was pretty chill and nice. I didn’t make it but it was a good interview experience. It was struggling to find the location, you should go at least 30 mins earlier than your interview time.

We talked via email first, and then I went in for an in-person interview. I met a designer there who gave me a tour and then I interviewed with her and the Art Director. I never got a response after sending follow-up emails about my application status. This was disappointing from a company I respect.

It was a short chat and portfolio review. Since I was a freelancer, the process wasn't as rigorous as it might be for a full-time role, which can sometimes go on for months. The interview itself was okay, although there's usually a bit of a wait for the interviewer, which is pretty standard in fashion. Everyone was quite friendly, though!
