I met with 4 people, including the recruiter. The VP of Supply Chain spent most of his time talking about himself, and the Director and Manager he had interview me did the same. I got a bad vibe from the office environment within 5 minutes and knew it wouldn't be a good fit, but I went through with it. They probably noticed my lack of interest and I never heard back. The Director and Manager left the company not long after, which says something.

I applied online through Execunet and then a recruiter reached out. We exchanged several emails before a quick call with the recruiter. After that, I had a Skype interview with the company's HR department. The salary range the recruiter mentioned was $25k-50k higher than what HR told me. Interestingly, another posting for the same role on a different site listed a salary range that was $25k lower than the HR representative's figure.

The interview process was smooth but was not scheduled properly. There was cancellation of interview 2-3 times. I have cleared all rounds of interview and it is not that I did any mistake or missed any point of them but there was no further update from them. HR started ignoring call/emails and even now also I can see the opening of same post in Linkedin. Not sure whats wrong if they give the feedback. This is utter unprofessionalism
