I was referred to JB Hunt by a professor who sent my resume to them. Then the recruiting manager contacted me and set up an in person interview for the next week. I interviewed with a senior and mid level manager for about 45 minutes. I heard back the next Monday.

The interview process involved two phone screens, followed by an on-campus panel interview. To attend the panel interview, I had to travel for nearly four hours to Lowell, which meant missing a day of classes. Unlike some other companies, there was no mileage reimbursement provided. The on-site interview itself was a panel format with five employees from various departments, and there were also five intern candidates present.
