It was a really thorough interview process, with over 6 hours of interviews involving about a dozen people from across the company. I initially interviewed for a different role. They flew me out, and I did a full day of interviews, but I wasn't selected for that position. However, they thought I would be a better fit for another opening, so I flew back out, interviewed again, and then received an offer. From the very first contact, everyone I interacted with was super professional and responsive. I never felt like they were just stringing me along or keeping me waiting unnecessarily.

Behavioral Technical Group

I had an initial screening with two recruiters and the CTO. Then, there were on-site interviews where I met with seven people, most of whom were in IT technical and leadership positions. The interviews covered technical, leadership, and management topics. I also got a tour of the facility, which is in a modern space with a Cambridge vibe and a startup atmosphere, with employees who seemed happy. They have a cool recording studio for product testing and a spacious kitchen/lounge area with many beverage options. My initial assessment is that the company culture seems really good. I received and accepted an offer and am excited to join.

It was a pretty long interview process. Started with a phone screener, then a phone interview, followed by a half-day in-person thing, and a test project too. Communication was a bit slow, like they'd say 'we'll get back to you in 2-3 days' and then it would be a week or more, which was tricky when I was looking at other places. People were nice and explained stuff okay most of the time, but it felt a little unorganized sometimes.

The whole thing took over two months and about 10 interviews. They ended up telling me I was too senior for the role and might contact me later, without even asking if I'd be open to that. We talked salary early on, and they were cool with my expectations, so it makes me wonder why they'd string me along for two months just to give that excuse. Can't recommend them, at least their hiring process is messy and they don't seem to know what they're doing.
