Standard flow, first a recruiter screen, then a tech screen via video call with a person, followed by a recruiter follow-up. The next step was a slate of on-site interviews. The on-site had two technical interviews that focused on DS&A and coding, not role-specific. There was also a casual lunch chat with engineers and an interview with the CTO. I got rejected after the onsite. Everyone was nice, but the recruiter really preferred calling over email, even for the rejection. Maybe a cultural thing to avoid impersonal text rejections, but I'd rather email.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The interview process for this company was a mistake. I went through one technical round, one behavioral round, and then three Superday technical interviews. All of these technical interviews involved LeetCode medium-hard questions. I managed to solve 2 out of 3 questions perfectly, but the third one wasn't solved in the most optimal way. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. I really think they overestimate themselves and I don't get why people would bother interviewing with them.

Technical Coding

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and I had a first-round interview which I passed. After that, I scheduled an onsite interview. There were three rounds in the onsite: two questions I was well-prepared for, and one that was maybe a bit harder than LeetCode medium. The third question was very unusual and tricky, requiring me to solve it with no help from the interviewer. If I didn't finish it, I could complete it later that day and submit it. I'm confident I did well on the first two questions and submitted the third one by the end of the day, but I didn't get an offer. I really needed that offer at the time. I'm doing much better now, but I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company. I felt it was a 'sham interview'.
