The interview started off great, with the interviewer asking a lot of questions to gauge my knowledge of math and my ability to discuss it. However, during one question that I answered correctly, the interviewer stated they would have approached it differently, explained their method, and then abruptly ended the interview, showing clear annoyance. While I'm still interested in the company, this interaction makes me question the working environment if this is the type of colleague I'd encounter, as they seemed very set in their ways.

First, I had a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. Then, I got a take-home assignment where I had to look at a workbook page and describe any adjustments I'd make and what difficulties students might face. After that, I spoke with management over the phone. Then, I had an in-person meeting with management. Finally, there was a casual, coffee-style chat.
