I had an interview with three managers. We talked about my background, the job details, and some typical job-related scenarios. One of the managers seemed to be deliberately challenging at first, but they relaxed as we talked more.

Super chill and easy process. They mainly want to see if you have the drive to get the job done. Basically, are you ready to put in the effort or not.

iWorQ's interview process was pretty well-organized. It started with a phone screen from HR, then there were two technical interviews, and finally a culture-fit interview. They asked questions that were more about how to solve problems and deal with real situations instead of just theory, which was nice. The only thing was that it all happened really fast, like within a single week, so it felt a bit rushed. But all in all, it was a good experience.

It was a pretty easy process. Just one interview, with standard sales-related questions. It mostly focused on time management and comfort level with cold calling. I didn't sense much enthusiasm from the guy who interviewed me, or like they had a process to support new hires.
