I came to the main office for the interview. The hallway was a bit dark with lights dimming and turning on and off. There was no receptionist. The hiring manager was about 20 minutes late, put me in a conference room, and returned 10 minutes later. The interview went okay with decent questions related to the job. I didn't like the environment though, seeing people in shorts walking around the front office. It felt like a warehouse. I decided to withdraw my application after the interview.

I applied for a debugging specialist role, but they are offering an 'Operator' position instead. I'm hesitant because it's an overseas posting and the salary details haven't been provided. The work permit process also seems a bit suspicious.

The interview process was engaging. There were about 3 interviews in total with a range of people. It was long but not excessively so. It was similar to other companies. A peer-based interview system was used, which was a first.
