First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ivy Rehab Network.
Digital Marketing Specialist
I had an initial phone interview with Salina, and the conversation was very natural. We talked about my background and the job in detail. She was really open and answered all my questions. She explained the role well, so I know what they expect. She said I'd hear back about my application by the end of the week. It felt professional but also relaxed and engaging. No offer yet, just the first call.
- What is your desired start date?
Physical Therapist
They usually promote from within, so there aren't many formal interview processes. I was given a job offer, and then they brought up an interview. However, they decided they didn't need one because they "felt comfortable with me as a candidate." Subsequently, they offered that role to a full-time employee already with the company and then acted as if I hadn't been offered the position.
- What compensation rate are you expecting?
Patient Care Coordinator
Ivy Rehab has a 3 step lengthy interview process. The first step is the preliminary phone interview. Then the next step is the virtual interview with the recruiter or hr. Then the final step is meeting with the clinic director at the clinic you specifically applied for. The first time, I got all the way to step two and heard nothing back. Then I received a call asking me to go interview at a different location further then the one I applied to because they already filled the position I already interviewed TWICE for. The process is so lengthy that all the candidates they interview doesn’t even get to the third step.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you share an experience from a time when...?
- Do you have any questions for us?
Pediatric Physical Therapist
My interview with Ivy Rehab was pretty smooth and I liked it. First, we had a phone screen to chat about the jobs I wanted and what I liked. Because I lived in another state, the next step was a Teams interview. It was a pretty chill conversation, starting with standard questions and then moving into talking about working together, making a good workplace, and how they help and mentor people. We also talked about their clinic philosophy and if it fit with what I believe in. Honestly, it felt more like a chat to see if we fit rather than a formal interview, which made it feel really easy and interesting.
