The interview went really well and the 2 managers were nice and easy to talk to. The interview was very personable which I liked. They explained who they were and the company.

I had 4 interviews, all on different days. They usually had 2-3 interviewers, and sometimes people would join and leave. One person just sat there without saying anything or asking questions. It felt uncoordinated.

I was first contacted by an external recruiter, and then by an internal recruiter from IVX Healthcare. The internal recruiter invited me to tour the office. Unfortunately, I had tested positive for COVID and was hospitalized, so I informed the recruiter that I would follow up after my recovery and a negative test. I reached out to both recruiters after being discharged and testing negative, but after two weeks with no response, the external recruiter informed me the position was filled. I'm frustrated that this wasn't communicated to me earlier.

I got an email for a phone interview. I asked if they require Covid 19 vaccinations for their employees because we work with High Risk Patients and they said 'No.' So I withdrew my application. It's our duty to keep our patients safe and I won't work somewhere it's okay to be willfully ignorant. Only 39% of people in TN are fully vaccinated. Vanderbilt and St Thomas (Ascension) hospitals are requiring all their employees to be vaccinated and IVX Health should follow their example.
