I applied online, and HR got in touch about a week later. The day after that, we had a phone interview. A couple days later, she called to set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I went into the office a few days after that for the in-person interview. Mr. Baldwin was really nice and accommodating. I did a skills test at the office and talked with him and another employee from the department. A week later, he followed up about the position, even though I wasn't selected, which was cool since a lot of places don't bother to respond if they aren't making you an offer.

Operations Support
I spoke with the manager of Strategic Operations Support at a career fair and then submitted an online application. A phone interview was scheduled a couple of weeks later, and I was promptly invited for an in-person interview the following week with the same manager. The in-person part mainly involved the manager discussing the position with me, and me asking questions about the company and the SOS role. He asked a few questions, but the biggest thing for this role seems to be their desire for candidates willing to relocate. About 3 weeks after my interview, I received an offer.
- Would you be open to relocating for this position?
Broadcast Coordinator
Applied for the job online and then the HR team emailed me for a phone interview. After that, they set up a face-to-face interview with the supervisor. This interview covered benefits, the position, and salary. I asked about the next steps and they said they weren't sure when they would hire but would keep me posted. I followed up via email and heard nothing for two weeks. I emailed HR again, she said I was a top candidate and they'd let me know in a couple weeks about hiring. I emailed both HR and the supervisor a couple weeks later but heard nothing. It would have been nice to get a simple "sorry" email. It was really disappointing.

Advertising Production Coordinator
I put in my application online and then got a call from the scheduler to set up the interview, which was about three weeks away. I had some choices for the date, so it was pretty flexible. The person interviewing me was nice and friendly, but still professional. They gave me a lot of good info and made sure I had time to ask my own questions, so it felt like a real conversation. I haven't heard back yet, so I'm still waiting to find out if I got the job.
