This company's interview process was one of the best and most efficient I've ever been through! It kicked off with some emails with the hiring manager, followed by a quick 20-minute phone screen with standard questions. Then, I had a one-on-one with the hiring manager and a group interview with the team. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant! They asked good questions, mixed with humor and personality. The last stages were a one-on-one with the CEO (which was impressive, as I've never really met CEOs before) and then an offer call. The entire thing took about 10-15 days total. It was a really positive experience and made my decision easy.

I applied online via LinkedIn. A couple days later the CEO emailed me asking to schedule a phone call about the role. I requested an in-person interview during that call, and they agreed. They were really flexible with scheduling and let me come in at 4:30 pm after my work day. I spoke with the CEO for about 45 minutes, then met with three other team members for another 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and asked a good variety of questions. The CEO mentioned they'd let me know their decision the following Monday. However, that same night, the CEO called me as soon as I got home and offered me the job verbally, saying the paperwork would be sent Monday.

I had three interviews with them. First, a phone interview that went well. The next week, I got a personal call asking if I could come in for an in-person interview. After my second interview, there was no communication for two weeks before they emailed me to schedule a third and final interview, which I had to initiate by following up. I felt confident after the third interview, especially when a manager's email suggested an offer was coming. However, after several more weeks and another follow-up, I received an automated rejection with no explanation. They couldn't provide any feedback when I asked. It was a really disappointing and unprofessional experience. I hope they improve their hiring practices and treat candidates with respect.

The first part of the interview process involved completing a 10-question/scenario sheet where I had to outline how I would handle various client emails. After that, I had a 'text interview' which featured a few general questions to understand my motivations for joining iVET360. This was a new experience for me, but I appreciated the chance to formulate my responses without the immediate pressure of an interviewer. About a week later, I was invited for an in-person interview, which was structured into four parts: first, I met my direct manager, the HR & Training Managing Director; second, I got an office tour and met some of the dogs; third, I met the HR and Training Manager responsible for my training; and fourth, I met with all the Managing Directors. I got an offer about a week after that!
