Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

The ItWorks interview process was pretty buttoned-up and took around 2-3 weeks from when I applied to getting the offer. It kicked off with a 30-minute chat with a recruiter about my background, if I knew certain tech like JavaScript, React, and Node.js, and why I wanted to join ItWorks. After that, I had to do an online coding test with 2-3 problems that were kinda medium difficulty, like messing with arrays or how an API would work. Then, I hopped on a virtual call with a senior engineer for a technical interview. This was a mix of system design stuff, some coding, and tricky questions, like building a REST API that could scale or fixing some code on the spot. The last part was more about fitting in with the team and behavioral stuff — how I work with others, deal with deadlines, and pick up new tech. The engineering manager also gave me the lowdown on current projects and their tech. I heard back with feedback about a week later. Overall, it was a good experience; the people were nice, and they kept me in the loop.

The process starts with HR, then moves to a technical interview, and finally a management interview. You might have more than one technical exam. The teams are really helpful and welcoming, and the environment feels homey and comfortable.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

So, first there was an HR interview checking my personality and English. Then a technical interview, followed by a manual practical test where I had to prepare test scenarios and write some SQL queries. There were also some ISTQB and Agile questions. I'd say it was mostly medium level, and the Test team lead was pretty nice.

Behavioral Technical Technical

I sent my CV to the HR mail, after one day she called my back to make a phone interview in english, It was after working hours and the time wasn't okay for me I asked her to re schedule the phone call to tomorrow and she said okay I will call you at 11 AM. She called me at 4 PM with some execuses, she made HR interview in English through the phone and after 2 hours she contacted me to schedule a technical interview. the technical interview was good and easy as I guess, but there was another interview with the talent acquisition team, it was also on English, and she said I will get to you back within two weeks. two weeks passed and there is no reply I called the HR after 3 weeks to know the status of my hiring process to get a reply that i will contact the interviewers and get you the feedback tomorrow, three days passed and still got no feedback so i called her back again and I got "we will schedule a technical interview again", I said okay tomorrow is good and we went for the interview and I get "we will contact you as soon as possible" and it take her more than one month and no feedback.
