I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted pretty fast. Then it got weird, like a bad game of telephone. The Talent Acquisition Manager kept canceling our phone calls last minute, even though I tried calling and emailing. This happened for almost a week. When we finally spoke, they didn't even apologize for all the cancellations and reschedules (weird, right?). They said I'd hear back in a few days... but that was 6 weeks ago. Honestly, I'm fine with no follow-up, it probably wasn't a good fit for me or my career anyway. But I would have liked some feedback on how I could interview better. The company and role sounded great, but this whole experience was a letdown.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview experience was really structured and clear. The main person interviewing me was upfront about every part of the process, which made me feel pretty good and calm as I went through each stage. I did try to get ready as much as I could, and that helped me out. Everything moved along pretty fast, taking only about a week to finish. It felt like a professionally handled interview.

Behavioral Other

The recruiter was super organized and things moved fast. First, there was a phone interview. Then, a few days later, I met several people in person at their main office. They all did a good job of answering my questions, and I got a good sense of the role. The questions they asked me were fair and led to good conversations. After the in-person interviews, the recruiter outlined the next steps and said I'd hear back by the end of the week, which was great. True to their word, I got a call for another meeting at my local office, and they made me an offer. The whole process was quick, but not rushed. Everyone was really well organized, which definitely helped me decide to accept. I felt a strong sense of community and a family vibe at ITU Absorbtech. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really straightforward interview process. First, there was a phone screen, and then I had an in-person meeting with the hiring managers. I also got to take a tour of the facility, which was really nice. They asked me about my previous role duration, my motivation for seeking this position, and my sales performance metrics. It was a very basic interview overall.
