Sales Head
I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter at The Renaissance Network via email. We set up a Skype call, and she was really friendly, taking time to get to know me. I felt good about that interview. Next, I had to complete an IQ and English test. Assuming I passed, the recruiter then scheduled an interview with the company's CEO. This interview was surprisingly short, less than 10 minutes. She asked about my current salary and a few background questions and that was it. When it ended, I commented on how fast it was, and she didn't react. Later, I got an email saying I didn't have enough experience, which was disappointing given I made it to the CEO. Looking at reviews, it seems like it might be for the best.

Inside Sales Executive
A recruitment agency got in touch with me about this job and invited me to interview. First up was some online tests, then a Skype call with the CEO. They really pushed that it was the CEO, but honestly, it felt like a generic chat. She didn't seem prepared and just asked standard questions. What was really off-putting was when she described the job – it was nothing like the posting. It turned out to be mostly cold-calling, which was a huge letdown since I'd prepared for what I thought was a proper sales role.
- What makes you want to join this company?
- What can you bring to this role?
- How does this job align with your career aspirations?
Manager
It was intense, which was good; I got a chance to speak to my direct boss, which was useful. Unfortunately it was also VERY heavy on scantron-type computerized tests, and devotion to meaningless corporatespeak terms like "assertiveness", which, if you know to parrot those and focus on them, seemed to be most of what they were looking for. It was a very computer-controlled interview process, and I found out later that this recruiting firm exists pretty much solely to supply Itslearning with employees. (They pretend while interviewing that your info will be kept/used for other clients, but honestly I doubt they have any -- it's pretty much a firm that exists just to do US hiring for Itslearning.)

UX Designer
it took like 2 months to hear back. I had a bunch of interviews. First, HR called me. Then, I talked with HR and the UX lead. After that, I got a design challenge, which was pretty standard. Then there was a big final interview where they asked a lot of questions, covering both technical stuff and HR topics.
- What qualities do you look for in a leader?
- What contributions can you make to our company?
- What aspect of the UX process do you excel in?
