First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ITS (Maryland).
Program Manager
I applied for an Associate Program Manager role and went through a lengthy process, but was eventually contacted by a C-level exec from ITS. They discussed the position and my resume. We didn't move forward due to my salary expectations, as the company's offered rate was below market. The exec then suggested an interview with the team supervisor for future openings. The supervisor was upfront about the role's demands and onboarding timeline. However, they were seeking a more entry-level candidate, and I wasn't willing to accept a pay cut.
- Can you describe your project management experience?
Client Support Specialist
The interview process was standard, with two phone interviews followed by an in-person interview. Surprisingly, one of the phone interviews was with a company Vice President. After passing that stage, I met with the Manager and Lead for the department. The interview overall was very easy and laid-back, surprisingly light.
- What is your strongest attribute for the workforce?
Associate Program Manager
The interview process was smooth thanks to ITS. They were responsive, enthusiastic, and easy to interact with. It included a phone screen, an in-person one-on-one meeting, and a team interview. I liked that they focused on ensuring I understood the company's values, culture, and objectives to confirm it was a suitable fit.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
- What specifically draws you to this role?
- What are your reasons for wanting to join our company?
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process involves 3 rounds: an online round, a technical round, and an HR round. After these stages, you'll receive an offer call if successful; otherwise, no call will be made.
- Describe the design of a complete module you worked on.
