First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ITS.
Junior .NET Developer
Got recommended by a friend who worked there. The interview had 2 rounds: an English, IQ, and Technical test, followed by a technical interview. Mostly it was about OOP and SQL basics, but I failed the technical test because I wasn't good at ADO.net.
- Can you explain the difference between string and string builder?
SharePoint Developer
It was mostly about my resume and projects, with a lot of behavioral questions. They explained their project and its goals, and what they expected as an outcome. Then they asked about my experience with SharePoint, and a few basic questions about it. I mentioned I didn't have practical experience with SharePoint.
- Were there behavioral and technical questions?
Service Desk Manager
Applied online, then got a phone call to schedule an interview. Had a physical interview at their office with two people that went for over an hour. They asked a lot about my past experience and how I would approach the job they proposed.
- Regarding the 100 different customers (ranging from small to large businesses), what do you estimate the first-level resolution rate will be?

The interview process took about a week and included 4 interviews. There were 2 phone calls and 2 in-person meetings. They were looking to hire someone before the next month, so they sped up the process. The office had a really high energy and everyone was super friendly.
