So, first there was this 3-stage initial screen with the recruiter who reached out. After that, I had a Zoom chat with the CEO, which was pretty cool. Then, it was in-person for interviews with the CFO and the Head of HR. It all seemed to go well, but honestly, I got zero feedback, either during or after. And even though I followed up, they never told me their decision. It's kinda weird because ITRS made a big deal about the company culture and how they just won a 'best place to work' award, so you'd think they'd at least give a quick heads-up, like 'hey, we went with someone else because of x, y, z, sorry it's not you this time'. That kind of chat would take like 5 minutes.

Really simple interview. 3 stages total. First is a quick phone call to get to know you. Second is with the manager, who asks about you and your experience. Final stage is a technical interview, which can vary based on your experience. Since I only had two years in the field, I described a past project, the tech I used, and the reasons why, instead of in-depth technical questions.

Really great recruitment experience. Regular calls from HR contact - Elizabeth, to update me on the process and next steps. Good communication throughout. I have been impressed with everyone I have met and it seems like it will be a lovely environment to work in. The process took about 2 weeks in total.

The interview process had 3 stages in total. I came into the London office to meet 3 people in one of the stages. In total I met 6 people across the 3 stages for a 10 month MAT cover role. I got to the final stage but then just received a generic rejection email, which was a poor candidate experience given the effort I put in. I flagged this to the CPO but it was never acknowledged.
